Cancellation Policy

24 hours cancellation notice is required on all services. Missed appointments without the proper cancellation will result in a cancellation fee equal to the amount of your missed massage session. Cancellation fee will be required to be paid before the next session will be scheduled. Emergency cancellations are determined on a case by case basis.


Refund Policy

There are no refunds, including Prepaid Sessions, Gift Certificates, or Massage Packages. If you have prepaid for a session and need to cancel your appointment, your account will be credited to use at a later date. Cancellation policy still applies to Prepaid Sessions, Gift Certificates, and Massage Packages.

No-shows

Anyone who does not attend their scheduled appointment without canceling will be considered a no-show. They will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment, due immediately and will not be rescheduled until paid in full.

Late Arrivals

All sessions are to begin at the appointed time. Tardiness on the part of the client may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. You will still be responsible for the full price of the session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Massage sessions are to be strictly professional, therapeutic massages. There shall be no sexual conduct at anytime. A Zero Tolerance Policy is in place for sexual harassment of any kind, including but not limited to solicitations for extras, suggestive comments, or inappropriate touch. Should you choose to engage in such behavior, the session will be immediately terminated, you will be charged in full for your appointment, and you will not be scheduled for a future session and authorities will be contacted.
